Sikkim Government College, Namchi

The Department of Political Science was one of the pioneering departments when Sikkim Government College, Namchi was established in 1995. Since then, till 2024, the Department has flourished maintaining as one of the highest enrollment of students.

18NA0570 – Lakpa Dolma Bhutia (Batch of 2021) cleared NET in 2022

21NAO-901 – Sher Bahadur Dahal (2024) given the International Student’s Award and represented India in Student’s Meet in Kazakhstan. 2023, Governor’s Gold medal award 2023-24.

18NA0574 – Tashi Ongmu Bhutia cleared NET in 2024.
